@EATURXICA - A Crunchy, Healthy, Satisfying Snack I Can't Get Enough Of...

I am a night time snacker.  
My choices of snacking don't always tend to be healthy.  
In fact, I typically eat stuff that is really NOT good for me...when we're watching shows or movies at night time.

Have you ever tried Jicama?  
It's a Mexican turnip, that is crunchy and sweet.  
The inside is white and looks like a pear.  
It tastes great chopped up in salads, mixed with some fruits and you can also use it as tortilla shells for tacos or just to snack on with dips.
Xica Jicama just sent me two different variations of their products to try.   
These ones I'll eat on the couch while we are enjoying our shows.
These ones we can try to create some fun tacos with...YUMMY!

Regardless how you like to eat's good for your bone health, a great option for diabetic people to snack on, improves digestion, can be cooked lots of different ways and is rich in Vitamin C.  I mean, there is way to many benefits to not enjoy some fresh JICAMA in your diet.
