3 Ingredient GLUTEN Free Peanut Butter Cookies #MAKETHEM

My mom used to make peanut butter cookies and she told me that the recipe was the easiest one to remember EVER!!

Wanna know why I've never forgotten it and have never had to write it down?

There are literally only three ingredients to the entire makeup of the cookies and they are RICH, delicious and GLUTEN FREE too (for those who have gluten intolerance).  

My oldest daughter just made a batch tonight, so it made me want to share it with our readers, so maybe your house can smell as good as ours does tonight...should you choose to make them too!

1 Cup Peanut Butter
1 Cup Sugar
1 Egg

NOT EVEN JOKING...that's it!  You mix them together, scoop balls onto the baking sheets, use a fork to make the marks on the top and then bake at 350 degrees until the edges just start to brown.  If you feel feisty, you can add a cup of chocolate chips (mini ones work great), or top with a Hershey Kiss.'re welcome!  YOU WILL LOVE THESE!  Your kids will LOVE THEM TOO!  And trust me...if you have a gluten issue and are looking for recipes to expand your baking goals...add this to the list!

  1. Believe me this is one of the simplest and easiest way of making peanut butter cookies, I've ever seen. Once I tried this recipe as a food for hummingbirds, and guess what, they them all. I think the love sweetness that's why they ate it easily.
