My REAL LIFE Cabbage Patch Kid - @BonniePlants

3rd grade is the year that most kids bring home that cabbage little plant from their class!

All products for this feature were sent to the schools and sent home to the students free of charge.  I was not offered any monetary compensation by posting my opinion about the contest, nor the result of the cabbage growth.

Last year, my "soon to be" step son grew his...and the result (the actual cabbage) was really big!
This year, my youngest son brought home the little cabbage for the Bonnie's Plants cabbage growing contest.  It was a little wilty and a little roughed over...because it had been "MAN HANDLED" by him on the way home from school, but it made it home!

I guess I should have taken a picture so you guys could have seen...

We took it over to his "soon to be" Grandma's house (she has raised planting beds, perfect to grow a cabbage).  She also has a bit of a green thumb and it seems that anything planted in her garden GROWS AND GROWS!!
I took this picture yesterday of my REAL LIFE Cabbage Patch Kid!
Isn't this stinkin' adorable?
This cabbage is huge!  Well, the leaves of the cabbage are HUGE at least!

The funniest/oddest's actually TWO heads of cabbages that sprouted from our one little Bonnie Plants cabbage he brought home.

What was the result?
Did their cabbage survive?
Did it turn out to be a large healthy head of cabbage?
Please share your story in the comments below...

I was not paid to feature this post!  I was not compensated in any way by posting my honest opinion about the products described above, that were provided to the school from Bonnie's Plants.
